Jersey Devil is back. This naturally processed Brazilian coffee is roasted to a balanced medium and presents  notes of peanut butter, green apple, and caramel. It's classic, warming, and exactly what we've come to expect from a great cup of Brazil. 

More about the bean: Jersey Devil comes from a family-owned coffee producer that's been growing coffee in Brazil's Cerrado Mineiro region since the 1970s. This lot is part of their premium Colecta offering and comes from the Santa Bárbara and Nova Suiça farms, where the family has maintained a focus on quality and sustainable production across generations.

Grown at approximately 1,100 meters above sea level, the coffee features Catuai and Mundo Novo varieties. It's naturally processed and sun-dried on patios, a traditional approach widely used in Brazil. The result is a coffee with plenty of sweetness and body in every cup.
