If you’re anything like us, we believe summer is the sweetest time of year. So we found just the coffee to celebrate it with. This naturally processed Ethiopian coffee bursts with notes of watermelon, jam, and lemonade, creating a cup that's juicy and playful. Roasted to a medium level, it balances lively fruit character with a smooth sweetness that hit perfectly with every sip.

More about the bean: Sweet Summer comes from the Guji region of Ethiopia, one of the world's most celebrated coffee-growing areas. The coffee is produced by approximately 137 smallholder farmers, each tending an average of just two hectares of land before delivering ripe coffee cherries to the Shakiso washing station.

This lot is produced using the natural process, where whole coffee cherries are dried on raised beds before the fruit is removed. This traditional method encourages the vibrant fruit character and syrupy sweetness that natural Ethiopian coffees are famous for. Grown at approximately 1,800 meters above sea level, Sweet Summer showcases the bright, expressive personality that has made Guji one of the most sought-after coffee origins in the world.
