coffee

Origin: Honduras
Roast Level: Medium
Process: Natural

With Notes of: Grape, Pineapple, Brown Sugar

If you're looking to venture beyond your daily routine washed coffee, we’ve got the perfect place to start. This natural process lot from Honduras delivers a fruit-forward cup with notes of grape, brown sugar, and pineapple, bringing together juicy sweetness and a fuller body at a medium roast level. We find it playful and complex, offering up some notes reminiscent of wine that some natural coffees tend to offer. It's a coffee that's a little unexpected in all the right ways.

More about the bean: Unlike a traditional washed coffee, this lot was produced as a natural process, meaning the coffee cherries are dried with the fruit still surrounding the seed before milling. This method encourages deep, punchy fruit flavors and a fuller body. Grown at approximately 1,220 meters and dried on raised beds, this coffee showcases a lively, fruit-driven expression of Honduras.

We recommend storing whole bean and ground coffee in an airtight container, in a cool, dark place - like your kitchen cabinet, not the fridge!
