Bagged coffee ships via USPS or UPS, depending on the weight of the package. While we cannot guarantee delivery timing, transit times average between 1-3 days, not including fulfillment.
Grind matters! In order to get the best extraction out of the brew method of your liking, select the appropriate grind setting. We'll take it from there. Not sure what setting to choose? Check our grind setting FAQ here.
We recommend storing whole bean and ground coffee in an airtight container, in a cool, dark place - like your kitchen cabinet, not the fridge!
