Eastside Sunrise sips clean and balanced in the cup, with notes of orange, berry, and walnut. Bright enough to wake you up, smooth enough to keep you coming back.

This coffee is sourced from the southern state of Chiapas, Mexico, a region known for its ideal climate and elevation for specialty coffee production. Farms here are typically small, family-owned plots, where producers rely on traditional methods and careful attention to detail.

This lot is fully washed, a process that produces balanced approachable cups. After harvest, the coffee is dried in the sun on patios, with mechanical dryers used when needed to ensure consistency. Grown at around 900 meters and composed of Bourbon, Caturra, Mundo Novo, and Typica varietals, this coffee reflects the approachable, balanced profile that Chiapas coffees are known for.
