Meet June’s Roaster’s Pick, Solstice! Roasted to medium-dark to achieve the perfect balance of sweetness and richness. We taste notes of aromatic vanilla, smooth baker’s chocolate and plum that adds a subtle fruit brightness. 

More about the bean: This fully washed Colombian coffee comes from the Sierra Nevada region of Colombia and is carefully processed using vertical dryers to maintain clarity and consistency in the cup. The coffee’s smooth sweetness and rounded body create a rich, approachable profile that shines across a variety of brew methods.
