More about the bean:
This coffee comes from the Women Coffee Extension (WCE) at the Mbizi Coffee Washing Station in Rwanda. Founded in 2017, WCE is a women-led cooperative created to give female producers a stronger voice in Rwanda’s specialty coffee future. Today, the organization supports more than 700 women coffee producers.
Beyond coffee quality, WCE focuses on education, empowerment, and long-term community growth. The cooperative provides resources like agricultural training, nutrition and family planning programs, and even livestock support. These initiatives have helped increase yields per tree and significantly expand production capacity at the washing station.

We recommend storing whole bean and ground coffee in an airtight container, in a cool, dark place - like your kitchen cabinet, not the fridge!
