Birthday Cake is our January Roaster’s Pick, brewed to celebrate 16 years of Rook Coffee. This special release delivers sweet notes rounded out by a medium-dark roast level for a smooth and balanced finish. It’s the feel good cup roasted to start the year on a high note and our way of saying thanks to everyone who’s been part of this journey.
