Roaster’s Pick ‘Birthday Cake’ is an epic Kenyan coffee roasted to a perfect, approachable medium. A touch of acidity, a touch of floral and lots of dark chocolate make this a coffee lover's dream!

More about the bean: Grown in the hills around Mt. Kenya, this coffee benefits from the rich soil of the mountains. There, farm plots are exceptionally small allowing farmers to control their harvest for exceptional quality from picking to milling, resulting in the high quality coffee Kenya has become known for.
