A natural process coffee, where the coffee bean is left to dry within the cherry, this coffee has the team super-excited. Expect a unique cup, brimming with sweetness yet balanced enough to still know you’re drinking a damn fine cup of coffee. Did we mention it makes a lovely gift ❤️?

More about the bean: This amazing coffee comes from a world-renowned growing region in Ethiopia, also considered the birthplace of coffee. After being handpicked from high-elevation lots and sorted for quality, the farmers bring the cherries to the Buku Sayisa Natural processing site to be dried for 12-15 days. The unique climate the coffee cherries experience during drying contributes to the end character of the coffee. After undergoing ‘natural processing’ you can expect a sweeter, more unique flavor profile than  a washed coffee.

We recommend storing whole bean and ground coffee in an airtight container, in a cool, dark place - like your kitchen cabinet, not the fridge!
