We’ve said this before, but we’re in love with this coffee.

This year’s ‘All Yours’ is a bold cup with character that’s unmistakably Indonesian. Hailing from the island of Sulawesi, All Yours is low in acidity but heavy in body with subtle sweetness. We taste raw sugar and cacao balanced by a robust dark roast profile. Did we mention it makes a lovely gift ❤️?

More about the bean:
This coffee comes from the Toraja region of South Sulawesi, where coffee is grown high in the central mountains at elevations reaching up to 2000 meters above sea level. The Torajan people maintain a traditional village lifestyle, and coffee farms here are small, often averaging less than three acres.

Producers in the region have increasingly organized into community micro-mills, allowing for more control over quality and processing. After harvest, cherries are carefully sorted, depulped, fermented overnight, washed, and patio dried before undergoing wet hulling. This method removes the parchment while the beans still retain high moisture, giving Indonesian coffees their signature color, texture, and earthy depth.

Grind matters! In order to get the best extraction out of the brew method of your liking, select the appropriate grind setting. We'll take it from there. Not sure what setting to choose? Check our grind setting FAQ here.

We recommend storing whole bean and ground coffee in an airtight container, in a cool, dark place - like your kitchen cabinet, not the fridge!
