Colombia - Finca Los Nogales

Single Origin: ColombiaRoast Level: Light-MediumProcess: WashedWith notes of: Jasmine, Lime, Guava

Colombia Finca Los Nogales comes from the soaring highlands of Colombia and a family whose legacy is deeply rooted in coffee. At 2,000 meters above sea level María Rosa and her sons Robinson and Nilson tend to the steep hillsides of their farm with unmatched dedication. María, still climbing the mountain each morning at age 58, is the heart of the operation, embodying the resilience and strength of Colombia's often-unsung women coffee farmers.

More about the bean: On their small plot, the family cultivates Tabi, Typica, and Caturra, varietals known for their delicate complexity but also their vulnerability to disease. The high elevation protects these traditional cultivars, while a recent planting of Castillo varietal adds resilience for the seasons ahead. The result is a coffee that blends heritage and foresight, a balance of floral brightness, gentle fruit, and a soft, rounded sweetness.

Grind matters! In order to get the best extraction out of the brew method of your liking, select the appropriate grind setting. We'll take it from there. Not sure what setting to choose? Check our grind setting FAQ here.

We recommend storing whole bean and ground coffee in an airtight container, in a cool, dark place - like your kitchen cabinet, not the fridge!
