If you've been with us a while, you may remember Honduras holding a place on our staple menu once upon a time. Well, if so, today's your lucky day as we welcome "Hondo" back with this classic-tasting medium roast offering. More about the bean: A unique blend of coffee varietals, including IHCAFE90, Catuai, Pacas, and Bourbon come together to create a classic cup from one of our favorite Central American coffee origins. We taste classic medium roast notes - some chocolate, a little nutty, and a touch of subtle sweetness make this a well-rounded cup for every day drinking.
