More about the bean: Founded by two brothers, this Rwandan lot and its newest washing station makes for the perfect conditions for coffee drying: high altitude, wind flow, and volcanic soil. The Trading Company prides itself on continuous learning and testing of different processing methods for their red ripe cherries, all precise and carefully executed. Through their extensive work in the coffee industry, they are now able to produce Natural and Honey coffees - the first in Rwanda - beginning a positive trend for other producers in the country to do the same.
