Ahhh, spooky szn is here. It’s getting cooler out, the leaves are falling, and hot coffee feels just perfect in the hand. And while this Roaster’s Pick kicks off a spooky series of brews, it’s anything but. Sweet, yet balanced by a medium-dark roast level, Full Moon is here for you for an exciting transition into fall.
More about the bean:
Hailing from the birthplace of coffee, Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, this crop receives incredible attention to detail from farming, to processing, to roasting. Once picked, the coffee cherries begin their journey via hand-sorting, so only the freshest cherries are included in the harvest. Cherries are then left to dry in the sun on raised beds for 21 days - the optimal interval to extract balanced sweetness bean-by-bean. Once stripped of its fruit and exported, our team roasts and bags a day before launch so it gets to you as fresh as can be!
