Something about this brew makes us want to roll down the windows to blast some good tunes, with this week’s Roaster’s Pick ‘Feelin’ Groovy’ in hand…it’s like we can taste Spring. A fruit-forward medium-dark roast with the perfect balance of sweet fruit and bitter almonds make this coffee our brew of choice until further notice ;)
More about the bean: Since 2012, this Zambian coffee company has grown to become the largest producer and employer in Zambia. This lot is Rainforest Alliance Certified, with focus on social, economic, and environmental sustainability. Their process of cherry picking includes sorting so that the cherries used in production only contain peaberries (a singular round seed that the cherry creates) instead of the more common flat, double sided seed.
