Generations of the family have worked the estate together, with both wet and dry milling performed on the property to maintain greater control over coffee quality from harvest through processing.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe coffee is grown between 1,300 and 1,700 meters above sea level and features Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, and Pacamara varieties. After harvest, the coffee is fully washed and milled on-site, resulting in the clean, balanced profile that allows its chocolate, almond, and honey sweetness to shine.
