This isn’t your typical Colombian cup. While most coffees from the region lean on the washed process for their signature clarity, this lot from Nariño takes a slower, sweeter path. Grown high in the rugged Andes and honey-processed with care, these beans are left to dry in their sticky pulp for up to 45 days. Cold mountain winds sweep through the drying beds, coaxing out bright fruit and syrupy sweetness—without ever rushing the process.

We brought this one to a medium roast level to highlight its natural vibrancy while developing just enough body to balance the cup. Expect notes of key lime, honey, and green grape wrapped in a silky texture and lifted by a touch of acidity. It’s a coffee that feels both comforting and unexpected.
